Terms and conditions
The basic terms for using Automapic and its generated APIs.
Last updated: May 17, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Automapic, including the website, dashboard, project tools, spreadsheet imports, generated APIs, API keys, documentation, and related services.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, publishing data, or using any Automapic API endpoint, you agree to these Terms. If you use Automapic on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Use of service
Automapic lets you create projects, import or manage structured data, generate API endpoints, issue API keys, and make data available through private or public APIs. You are responsible for the data you upload, connect, publish, sync, expose, or make available through Automapic projects and APIs.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by teammates, integrations, scripts, or clients using your API keys.
API access
Keep API keys secure and do not expose private keys in public repositories, client-side code, logs, screenshots, or shared documents. You are responsible for requests made with keys issued from your account. We may rate limit, suspend, rotate, or revoke keys to protect the service, enforce plan limits, or respond to suspected misuse.
Acceptable use
You may not use Automapic to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape or attack systems, send spam, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, expose data you do not have permission to use, or build services that create material risk for Automapic, our users, or third parties.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data, schemas, records, spreadsheet content, and project materials you submit to Automapic. You grant Automapic the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, validate, display, sync, and serve that content so we can provide the service.
Plans, billing, and limits
Some features may require a paid plan or have usage limits, including API request quotas, project limits, sheet sync features, custom domain features, or support levels. Fees, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the checkout or billing provider shown at purchase.
Availability
We work to keep Automapic reliable, but service availability can be affected by maintenance, infrastructure events, third-party providers, or misuse.
Changes and suspension
We may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of Automapic over time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, exceeds fair or permitted usage, or could harm the service or other users.
Third-party services
Automapic may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, authentication systems, and spreadsheet platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms may apply.
Disclaimers
Automapic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automapic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through the service or by email. Continued use of Automapic after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
